
Bell Curve: Oxford Strength Lab is a kettlebell coaching practice based in Oxford, UK. We help beginners and more experienced lifters build real world, functional strength and skill through intelligent and progressive training. Sessions focus on kettlebell technique, mobility, and long-term physical development rather than quick fixes.Training is one-to-one or in small groups, designed for people of any age who want to get stronger and healthier without going to the gym.We’re keen to show how kettlebell training can fit alongside and support the rest of a busy life, and in how lifting kettlebells brings performance benefits to other sports.We offer training in Oxford and across Oxfordshire.We open in Spring 2026.
